Consumers expect brands to provide a seamless experience no matter where they are or what device they are using. When they speak, they expect brands to respond. They're not interested in your self-serving messages or your attempts to bring down your kids, but they'll be happy to be entertained. Most importantly, you need them to love your brand and love your marketing. So much so that they take the initiative to find it for themselves and share it with their friends. I believe that as an industry we will continue to evolve.
